Technical lead for GLOBE Leadership Development Program

The GLOBE leadership development tent at the 24th World Scout Jamboree is an experiential leadership development program that puts small groups of scouts from around the world into a high intensity teamwork simulation. Our team constructed 9 escape rooms to serve as the teamwork simulation, each of which could be monitered from the outside, where program staff can observe the leadership traits of each scout in a team as they progress through the escape room. As part of this team I performed tasks such as:

Leading and training technological integration team where I managed all custom escape room and faciliation technology to keep the facility operation

Leading guided discussions with groups of Scouts from around the world in discussing their observations during the simulation, their leadership styles, each Scout can levearge their skills to enable team success

Delegated engineering and upkeep tasks to technical team over 12 day Jamboree to ensure facility functioned correctly to serve 5,000+ Scouts
