The Order of the Arrow is the National Honor Society serving the members of the Boy Scouts of America. One of the tennants of the BSA and OA is to develop youth leadership skills in expriential learning environments. Since 2018, I have volunteered as a leadership trainer for the organization's national level leadership training program. The main task is to facilitate groups of adults and youth through a weekend-long prorgam that culminates in high-intensity leaderhsip development simulations. In addition to performing roles as a trainer, I also working the the program's leadership to develop and update curriculum based on recent leadership theory research the is sourced from publications and academic research.
